Biblical Counseling Consultation for Church Leaders

Imparting Grace Services (IGS), is the biblical counselling ministry of Faith Presbyterian Church. The elders of Faith Church, and IGS staff prayerfully joyfully offer themselves to serve Jesus to help those in need through biblical counselling. IGS believes the Word of God is sufficient to help people both outside and inside the church, and that God can use IGS to impart the grace of Jesus’s life changing gospel to people (Eph 4:29).

In biblical counselling the counsellor helps people in need offering God’s truth from Scripture. The goal of biblical counselling is to help people hear the forgiveness of Christ, give hope in life, and help restore them to living a life of love and fellowship with God and other people – all to the glory of God. Our trained and qualified biblical counsellors, using the sufficient Word of God, will provide compassionate care.

1. Individual Pastoral/Elder Support
   Tailored counseling sessions to help you as a church leader process personal struggles, grow in grace and leadership ability, and enhance your spiritual health.
2. Conflict Resolution
   Biblical strategies for resolving conflicts within your congregation or leadership, fostering unity and peace in the body of Christ.
3. Marriage and Family Counseling
   Support for leaders navigating personal relationships, including marriage challenges, family dynamics, and parenting concerns.
4. Counseling Skills Training
   Counsel and training to equip pastors and church leaders with practical, Scripture-based counseling tools for addressing common issues in your congregation.

1. Initial Consultation
   Begin with an initial consultation, where we listen to your concerns and identify your specific needs. We’ll discuss how we can assist you and how our services can benefit you personally and for your congregation.
   
2. Ongoing Support
   Depending on your needs, we can set up regular sessions to provide ongoing guidance and support. You’ll be given tools and resources to apply in both your personal and church life.
3. Follow-Up
   We believe in continued support. Follow-up consultations can be scheduled to ensure that you’re on track, dealing with challenges, and receiving the necessary encouragement and help
