Administrator
Do you have a heart for serving Christ’s church through compassionate administration and organization?
We are seeking an Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our counselling, training and consulting ministries. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent organizational skills with a genuine desire to care for people as they seek biblical support and guidance.
The Administrator provides administrative leadership and coordination for the day-to-day operations of IGS. You will interact with individuals, churches, and organizations, helping ensure that our ministries function smoothly, professionally, and confidentially.
Admin Responsibilities
- Respond to counselling and consulting inquiries by phone and email
- Guide individuals through the initial intake process with care and discernment
- Coordinate counsellor assignment and scheduling
- Manage calendars, records, and confidential documentation
- Support consulting engagements through scheduling and logistics
- Oversee course registrations, participant communication, and training event administration
- Maintain online learning platforms and training records
- Assist with ministry communications and general administrative operations
- Manage the financial responsibilities associated with the counselling and training ministry
Qualifications
Required:
- Be a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord
- Be a member in good standing of a Reformed church committed to the historic Reformed faith as expressed in the Westminster Standards and/or the Three Forms of Unity
Qualifying skills and experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion
- Have experience in ministry or counselling administration
- Have a heart for serving both the church and the broader community
Hours
This role will average between 5-20 hours per week.

Are you passionate about equipping the church through biblical teaching and theological training?
We are seeking a Training Director to provide leadership for our educational ministries. This role focuses on curriculum development, instructional leadership, and the long-term growth of our biblical counselling training programs.
The Training & Teaching Director provides theological and educational oversight for IGS training initiatives. Working alongside ministry leadership, this individual will help ensure that our programs remain doctrinally faithful, academically strong, and practically effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and teach IGS training programs
- Facilitate in-person and remote learning environments
- Mentor and equip additional instructors and satellite training teams
- Oversee curriculum development and ongoing refinement
- Ensure theological integrity and alignment with IGS convictions
- Coordinate instructors and training teams
- Strengthen internal systems that support sustainable program growth
- Support assessment, feedback, and quality control across all training offerings
- Contribute to the long-term vision and expansion of the ministry
Qualifications
Required:
- Be a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord
- Be a member in good standing of a Reformed church committed to the historic Reformed faith as expressed in the Westminster Standards and/or the Three Forms of Unity
Qualifying Skills & Experience:
- Possess a deep understanding of theology and Christian ministry
- Demonstrate strong teaching and facilitation skills
- Lead with clarity, conviction, and pastoral sensitivity
- Have experience in training, teaching, or ministry leadership
- Be vision-oriented with strong strategic thinking abilities
- Hold ABC Level 2 Approved Training Leader status or equivalent
- Have seminary training and/or a theological degree (preferred)
Hours
This role will vary seasonally with offering an average of 10-15 hours per week.
